Service Fee and Tax Rate:
All services provided by Glow and Go Property Care LLC are subject to a 7.25% California State Service Tax. This fee will be clearly outlined on all invoices, quotes, and billing statements.
Quotes and Contracts:
All quotes provided by Glow and Go Property Care LLC are based on the information available at the time and are subject to adjustment if service conditions change.
Contracts and written agreements are legally binding once accepted by both parties. Any modification to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
Pricing and Terms:
Prices, availability of services, and terms are subject to change without prior notice. All service descriptions, pricing, and agreements will be documented and acknowledged by the client before work begins.
Glow and Go Property Care LLC reserves the right to decline service or cancel scheduled work under circumstances deemed unsafe, unlawful, or outside the company's operating capabilities.

Non-Contractor Status:
Glow and Go Property Care LLC is a cleaning service provider, specializing in property care and maintenance cleaning.
We are not a licensed general contractor, specialty contractor, nor construction service provider. We do not perform any construction, remodeling, structural repair, or work that requires a contractor’s license under the laws of the State of California.
Clients acknowledge that all services are strictly cleaning and aesthetic property care services.
Care and Responsibility Policy:
All services performed by Glow and Go Property Care LLC will be conducted with the utmost care, professionalism, and attention to detail. However, Glow and Go Property Care LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, fragile materials, structural weaknesses, or deterioration that may worsen during the normal course of cleaning.
Clients are encouraged to disclose known sensitivities or vulnerabilities in surfaces prior to service.
Recurring Subscription Discounts:
Clients who enroll in recurring service subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, etc.) are eligible for special discounted rates on services.
The continuation of discounted pricing is conditional on maintaining an active subscription without interruption.
Discounts for recurring services are applied solely at the discretion of Glow and Go Property Care LLC and are subject to change with advance notice.
Use of Job Images for Marketing:
Glow and Go Property Care LLC reserves the right to capture images or videos of projects before, during, and after service completion.
These images may be used for marketing, portfolio presentation, client education, and service demonstrations through our website, social media, and printed materials.
Images will focus on properties and project results only; no personal client information or identifiers will be disclosed without explicit written consent.
Third-Party Services:
Glow and Go Property Care LLC utilizes third-party service providers, including but not limited to Stripe for payment processing and Jobber for quoting, scheduling, and billing services. By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge and accept that some financial transactions, service confirmations, and communications may be facilitated through these secure third-party platforms.
Glow and Go Property Care LLC is not responsible for any errors, disruptions, or security breaches that may occur through third-party providers, though we strive to work only with reputable and secure vendors.
Discount Policy:
All discounts, promotional offers, and special rates provided by Glow and Go Property Care LLC are subject to the following conditions:
Discounts may only be applied to one (1) property per one (1) client to whom the offer was originally extended.
Discounts are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
The approval, application, and continuation of any discount is at the sole discretion of Glow and Go Property Care LLC and its authorized operators.
Use of Jobber App for Client Services:
Glow and Go Property Care LLC utilizes the Jobber platform for managing service quotes, billing, scheduling, and customer communications. All quotes, invoices, and service communications sent via Jobber are considered official and binding once accepted by the client. Clients are encouraged to maintain up-to-date contact information to ensure accurate receipt of service-related communications.
Transaction and Commodity Fees:
Glow and Go Property Care LLC utilizes third-party vendors, including but not limited to Stripe and Jobber, for credit card, online, and virtual payment processing. A transaction and commodity fee of 5% will be applied to all payments made using these platforms. This fee covers administrative, processing, and vendor-related costs.
